    1. Thank you for the video tips and insight. Elders should exercise indoors rather than outdoors. So recumbent exercise bike for seniorswould be great. What you say.

  5. Excellent workout tips Chris. Thanks for this. If seniors do this 15 min workout regularly it would keep them fit and active. Low impact exercise bikes such as indoor cycling is another good option for senior citizens.
